The fees our riders pay for their lessons only cover 60% of the cost of each lesson, so we rely on donations to cover the additional 40%. Our goal is to keep rider costs as low as possible despite the rising costs of maintaining the horses. Without the support of our donors we would have to increase the fees our riders pay for their lessons. It is also important to Hearts TRC to provide scholarships to our riders in need so they can receive the benefits of therapeutic riding and other equine activities. In 2021, thanks to the support of our community, Hearts TRC was able to provide 2,000 therapeutic riding lessons and equine assisted activities.

We depend on our community to help Hearts TRC thrive for those who need our services. Local organizations and businesses can show their support for Hearts TRC through our sponsorship programs and by providing in-kind donations. We also need the members of our community to become volunteers to assist our riders in reaching personal goals.
